Q: On several occasions I have called the manager about problems and they ignore my phone calls. One of the problems was a leak from the unit above me. The washer overflowed and water flooded my apartment. My repair was over $800. Neither the upstairs owner nor the condominium accepts responsibility for the damage. Who is responsible to pay for the repairs?

i am moving to Naples, FL ; but I need to find companies for Utilities and basic moving in check list, HELP!!!?
i found a place to live, but it does not come with utilities, at least i believe it doesn’t, but if it doesn’t how do i get the utilities and renters insurance and everything else i need to move to another state, i am moving from Massachusetts, so i know nothing about the living in Florida. Can someone give me a check list or suggestion about what i should do and look for while moving.
p.s i plan on moving to Windsong Club Apartments
anyone know anything about it .. like utilities?

The apartment complex should have a list for you, complete with phone numbers. Have them fax it.
